“The hallmark of our approach has always been Professionalism and High Ethics and we are proud to have achieved the noble objective of helping people fulfill their dream of owning a house”, said Dato Alex Ting, the Managing Director of the company.
It has been a challenging but amazing journey for Kozin Real Estate Sdn Bhd ever since our establishment in 1999 and we have achieved great milestones along the way. We are very humbled and honoured to win again this year, which sets a record breaking 5 consecutive years. 2018 is very special because our Top REN, Mr Kelvin Lee Bun Siew won, not only the State REN of the year award, but the REN of the year for the whole country. Wow what an achievement for Mr Kelvin Lee Bun Siew!
Winning awards hopefully acknowledges the hard work and dedication from all our staff as we would not have achieved this success without them. They were fully committed to be the best for the firm and faced any challenges with a positive approach. To define a good firm from the mediocre requires discipline and motivation to surmount any obstacles along the journey.
