Kozin Real Estate was established back in 1999.
We now have a team of over fifty very dedicated & friendly sales personnel. Our sales per month now total over RM20 million of properties, and our firm is now considered as one of the most professional Real Estate Firms in Kuching.
Our staff background includes various professionals, such as accountants, engineers, bankers, lawyers, IT, etc, and whom have a passion to succeed in the property market.

2. OUR SERVICES INCLUDE
- Assisting purchasers with their loan applications.
- Co-ordinating with lawyers for signing of Sales & Purchase Agreements.
- Arranging / Follow-up with end financiers for drawdown of loan.
- Assisting civil servants purchasers with their loan applications with government departments (eg. Federal Loans & Borneo Housing Mortgage)

4. OUR FAMILY
Our firm has a team of over 50 members who are very dedicated and experienced in the property market. The Directors have been involved in the property market with a combined experience of over 50 years. Dato’ Alex Ting is a specialist in his field and has delivered several papers at conferences throughout Sarawak. Ms Christina Tay has also been practicing for over 30 years in the Real Estate Market.
