Kozin has plenty to celebrate at this year's Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA) National Real Estate Awards. Our managing director, Dato Alex Ting Kuang Kuo, has received the Lifetime Achievement Award.
The Borneo Post reports that he is the first recipient from outside Kuala Lumpur and Selangor to receive the award. It was presented by Selangor Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Amirudin Shari at the ceremony in Kuala Lumpur.
Kozin also won Sarawak Residential Real Estate Firm of the Year 2024. Our team member Kelvin Lee received three awards: MIEA Million Dollar Achiever, Sarawak Real Estate Negotiator of the Year and Sarawak Residential Real Estate Negotiator of the Year.
Our director Christina Tay was also accorded Fellowship status in recognition of her contribution to the profession.
We congratulate Alex, Kelvin, Christina and the whole Kozin team. These achievements are a proud moment for us, and a reminder to keep serving our clients with care and working together as a team.
